Well, it seems Bandai decided against going forward with the SRC prototypes they showed a while back. Tetsujin 28 FX, Big-O, Giant Robo, the GaoGaiGar gang, GodMars, etc... It's really disappointing, because those prototypes sure looked great! So far, I think the only classic Super Robot Bandai was working on was in the SOC DX line - Great Mazinger. Other than that, I can't recall any others.

Wow! Didn't realize the list was so long!!! They also made, but never released the gigantic King J-Der, which was supposed to be a model in scale with the SRCs.  }D |

Actually, I read that King J-Der kit was released in very small quantities at a Wonderfest convention. I wish I had it.  |

I may be wrong, but I believe the rumor was that it was going to be sold at the event only - for a lot of $$$. Don't know if that even happened thou. }D |

That list is sooooo long and depressing!!! Why Mazinger SRC has no axe cutters is just blasphemy.it doesn't even make any sense?? They release a red cape for Gunbuster and weapons for ogre and the other guy and a bevy of unnecessary expansion kits blah blah blah and no axe cutters for the flagship character of this whole hobby???
