The naive side of me still wants to believe that ET pulled back pre-orders because they realized that they are not ready and will need more time to develop it. But who knows, maybe the license holder pulled their license away for some dumb reason. So yeah, not counting on Bullmark's upcoming vinil version, Fewture is left. And AFAIK, Fewture will distribute two versions: - ArtStorm's non-combiner EX figure. - Action Toys combiner figure. Which I want! Let us hope that these figures do not end up in the forgotten pile as with Action Toy's Starzinger vehicles.

Actually the action toys one is like a Childs set proportions aren't serious.... more vintage yuck... rather have the large vinyl than the others but frankly want neither... hope something else comes along.. good thing is maybe they pull the license cause a bigger company is going to make him like Bandai...they aren't pulling the other companies in guessing because none represent a definitive real looking anime accurate robot.i mean look at these... stinking...

The cartoony ones that you are referring to are part of their vinyl collection. However, they are working on an anime mini die-cast version. It says so on the colored sign laying next to the big Diapolon figure.

So Evolution Toy reopened their Dai Apolon page, recycled all previous promotional pictures. And are now stating that die cast will only be on the legs. This confirms my theory that they had a Dynamite Action version all along, and this new Gokin line of theirs was pure vaporware. From extreme excitement to total dissapointment. Waiting for more news from Action Toys and ArtStorm.
