Right supposedly he doesn't look at RJ anymore and Tom is the reporting puppy dog. Tom may have a rude awakening soon though.....if things go a certain way...meaning his days over there are soon to come to a close. Either way it's his own fault.

Baron, I edited the title of this thread. Since RJ decided it was cool to go into my personal profile signature and alter it by removing my link from my signature, I think it is the right thing to do to remove any mention of RJ from this page as well. Search engines just lock on the words, and since RJ disrespected us, I don't want to advertise them here as well. I will no longer post anything there anymore, other that stuff for sale. If this site grows or not, is cool to me either way. Like I said, I much rather have QUALITY members than QUANTITY of members. }D |

I felt they should have at least given you a second chance, even if just a mere temporary suspension
or temporary probation, and then allowed you back into the board.
From the staff perspective of some staff members, they saw the "Uncannyvalley" alias as a circumvention
of the original ban. That's why you got banned as the "Uncanny" alias.
But don't let that bother you. You have your own forum now, your turn to build this forum up.
As an Administrator of a forum, take this as a lesson Inside Look as to how a forum is managed.
This is your building brick to add to your new experience as a forum Administrator.
Because someday You may find yourself in that position to take disciplinary action when there
is a problem among members in your forum.
Your staff members and moderators are your advisors, and they will help with your final decision
when a situation arises.
Hopefully this forum will never see any problems happen. But you also need to be prepared
for these types of situations, otherwise the morale of the forum will fall.

Those problems from RJ will never happen here. The first personal insult or attack, and the attackers post will be deleted and member warned. A second personal attack equals member banned. It is a simple formula used everywhere. Like I said, we can all agree to disagree in a friendly atmosphere. }D |

But you also need to be prepared for these types of situations, otherwise the morale of the forum will fall. zozo-mag let me explain they KNEW I was under the new name and were planning on having me back BUT Tom found out I was Uncanny and reported me again as HL PRo Jammy had me banned because of criticism of their product . The irony is he wrote me several personal emails claiming RJ meant nothing to them and was basically a small irrelevant forum. He said we will never matter ! This was before he ordered RJ to ban meYet he had me banned even though supposedly we are nothing. Well I'll take every opportunity to let people know the type of man and I use that word loosely that he is. |

Well it's better to just let it go, if you're not doing well with the admins then at least you have a new place to call home. Though I understand the frustration since you've been there for a long time.
