Brought this over from RJ as its my thread anyhow!Worth bringing up again and I STRESS this highly to new member setc to protect your investments. Guys I went back and checked all my rubber treads I sealed with this stuff last year, all are GREAT and pliable and protected,I MISSED ONE Grendizer Drill Machine,IT WAS the only one where rubber was turning greyish white in spots, luckily I caught it IN TIME.DON'T let your SOCs rubber crumble PLEASE! BUY SOME OR BE SORRY!!You cant get some quick enough! Even in Detolfs air gets to the rubber and slowly it dies, this stuff protects.Take off treads roll some on both sides wait til it dries and buff off with rag,DONE!Its about 10$ a bottle..WORTH EVERY PENNY! Its German made for Auto Rubber works super awesome, apply as many coats as you want.Ive included the list again below of all SOCs and Related that need treatment thanks! you can get this at Amazon and other online dealers just google. MODS This probably should be stickied,Ive added a mention in the protecting SOC thread products etc.thread.,up to you guys..

That brand is not available here but I did get some alternative. So far I've put it on all the rubber parts of my figures. I even applied it on the rubber on my speakers and the belt on my printer. I just hope it helps works. I'm really not happy with rubber parts but a lot of good figures have them like my voltes and robocop. I just wish they can use another material like rubber that doesn't disintegrate over time.

I saw your post in rj awhile back and bought this product. I applied it to the rubber treads for SOCs and to the rubber caps for my rare zoids collection. Is there a need to reapply every 6 months or every year? or is this a one time application?

Hi all,
Just checking my SR collection, and the humidity here in Manila is taking it's tool. My SOC Dianan A and Minerva X rubber portions of the head is getting "sticky"...
Even my Revoltech Gaiking and Tetsujin 28 are getting sticky too.....bummer.....

This stuff seals em and won't cause further problems also do the INSIDE! That encases the whole piece of rubber.
Also noticed that the cracking of IDEON plastic upper arm joints is inevitable BUT found a solution.. Encase the cracks or starting cracks with a light brush of super glue..Please use brush on type!
It also helps if pieces flake out just use a small slice of a plastic comb etc and glue it in the spot.Im talking tiny here so if your not a modeler or art guy be very very careful .. U could lock up the joint!
