The problem with this figure is designing the right type of joints as metal to metal makes the joints get loose easily. I'm redesigning some parts and printing them hoping they'll do the job much better since I can see if there's a design flaw when it gets printed unlike manually making the parts and then finding out that it just doesn't cut it.

Ah, a blast from the past. Are you still working on the 3D printed one?

Ah, a blast from the past. Are you still working on the 3D printed one? Will need to get this done first. The 3d model for the bigger one might benefit from some of the newer joint designs I'm planning for this. Though I don't think I can print the 3d model at this size since I know the plastic won't hold up properly and a lot of details will get lost.

I pray the arms get casted properly tomorrow.

I managed to cast one side of the upper arms. There's some small defects that can easily be corrected but it's still a successful cast.
