Guys Ive made several themes you can change them in your profile go to profile then edit profile then settings then choose theme..BUT please vote as to which you liek best out of the ones in the poll..one present is GENERAL OF DARKNESS..the Scorched earth Mazinger i like too but take a look at them,this is how we will represent to guests etc..

The Gen. Darkness theme looks cool. For now I'm viewing the board through a theme selected from the options in my profile setting cos it's easy on my eyes. Great job, guys! zozo-mag |

For me General Darkness as well. But he Super Robots 40th is a close second. It only lost to the General's because the white is too bright for my eyes.

The Scorched Earth Mazinger theme is nice, I like that flame background-- its dark contrast brings the main forum blue body out into the foreground so it's easier to read the forum without being distracted by a brighter or busier background. Visually, it looks tidy. The same for the General Darkness theme with the Dr. Hell's corridor statues in the background. You'd want the forum to be the point of focus. The backgrounds and themes purpose is to provide the atmosphere for the topic of this website. The same way a coffee house interior decor provides a laid-back atmosphere for patrons who come in for coffee on open-mic nights. The header's vintage artwork adds an old-school vibe to the classic Super-Robot genre, reflecting the peak of that era. If you'd like to try other header images you can always change it often as you'd like, perhaps a different header every month or so, that way when folks visit SWR the view is refreshing. And if a majority of folks vote for a certain look, you can keep that appearance for as long as you'd like. Right now as I'm looking at this page, the header appears tiled... but that's a page zoom view setting which can be adjusted from the browser by holding down the left Control key while scrolling the mouse wheel to adjust how you view the page on your screen... every person views a web page differently from everyone else, you can adjust the size of the page to fit your screen with the Control + Mouse wheel. zozo-mag |

I like the Mazinger-Z Scorched Earth because it does not affect my eyes.
