The only retailer that I know offering this, at a mark-up, was Nippon-Yasan and pre-orders are also closed.

I think that you are better off waiting for its release on January 2016, and see if some cancelled orders become available.
Hopefully, after reviews, if demand is strong enough, Sentinel might make a second run...
