I recently acquired a Daimos DX popy toy... while I'm not a big Daimos fan, I do enjoy old school popy toys that have shooting missiles / rocket punch firing gimmicks. (ol childhood nostalgia)... and this guy's got some hidden missle launchers on him... literally

Just wanted to share some up close pics and perhaps to see what people's take on this toy is in general.

That is in pristine condition! I used to have the Godaikin version, but I sold it long before I started collecting, like in 1992. I still have a few diecast vintage robots left, but I don't think any of them look as nice as your Daimos.

CFF: So today at Target I saw the electronic Voltron. This is the non-combiner version, and it is well proportioned. It also has faux scratches to simulate battle damage. Dec 26, 2016 22:41:04 GMT

CFF: At $36.99, the price was not bad. But with only 4 copies available which were roughly handled, and poor paint apps on the face and other small areas, I was a bit turned off and did not buy it. I might buy a copy later on as new stock becomes available... Dec 26, 2016 22:44:00 GMT
