Hey everyone,
Recently I was given GX-27 Gaiking as a gift and I was wondering is there a trick to his legs? His ankles seem to be super loose and he does not really want to stand

Hey everyone, Recently I was given GX-27 Gaiking as a gift and I was wondering is there a trick to his legs? His ankles seem to be super loose and he does not really want to stand his legs do tend to collapse inward to his body try pulling them down all the way til they click.Also he is very top heavy so bend his knees slightly and position his arms forward like coming at you,I use the open hands . |

I once read in that other forum that you could use thick paper to keep the legs extended. I don't remember if you had to open the figure.

I had the same issues on mine with the feet as well, ended up scotch taping it and that seemed to have worked for a while until I decided to just put it back in the box. Definitely, one of the weaker points of this toy ...

Yes, at least I am. My Gaiking had difficulty holding its ankle stances in the past and I had to literally engineer his standing positions... had minimal issues with his collapsing mechanism but his ankle joints was very loose in general.
