So, I jumped in the bandwagon and bought a Stereolithography 3D printer. I got it a couple of days ago. It is way different from the regular Filament ABS/PLA 3D printers I own. It is a LOT slower. It is super messy. Resin is crazy expensive, AND, it smells REALLY bad!
However, I have been able to make items so small and detailed that all of the above is worth it! Check this out!

Did you notice the size of the Jet Pileder in relation to the LEDs? Wow!

It actually printed smaller than what I wanted (I'm working on finding out why). However, this is the print straight out of the printer - of course, after I cleaned it with alcohol to get all the gooey uncured resin off. I wish I had a better MACRO lens, because you can see Koji sitting there inside the Pileder!

Definitely one of my best purchases yet!

LOL! Thanks bro! The printer is great, but messy and sloooow. But the tradeoff is fine by me.

You do know that particular Mazinger head is your creation, right?

I will likely need your help to make a Great Mazinger head and Brain Condor. Wanna make a properly sized replacements available for the SRC.

Woof! Been super busy today, working on the SRC Mazinger Head and Pileder Ver. 8c!!!

Made a lot of stupid mistakes, and the problem with the SLA printer, is that it prints really slow! Takes it well over 3 hours to print the head and the Pileder together...

Well, there's always tomorrow. My wife just got home from work, so no more "me" time today...
