Hey Gaiking thanks for the video! This was shown in pics early on never saw video.. I surmise it's just a one off display piece for showing off D.C. Mazinger .. looking over it parts are hokey and a bit thrown together. I mean design is just kind of done without a plan below the base itself , random lights here and there,different color resins,while the movement and upper base are very nice,I don't think they could break something like that down in a box for sale..but id love one!

Well, this one is the newest one, and though the underground hangar has not changed, the surface diorama keeps getting better and better. In the very first video below, there was nothing except a hole in the ground for the pool.

In the photo below which was showed later, the pool is finished, but there is no above ground base like there is in the latest video.

I do agree with you that this is probably thrown together for promotion, and the chances for reproduction and sale are very slim.

The above ground base is too small too, in relation to GX-70 Mazinger Z's size.  That side door alone should be a bit taller than Mazinger, so he and Aprodie/Dianan can walk in and out through it.
