Please tell me what is the most you guys would spend on one figure if you really wanted it and it was aftermarket... I think I may be losing it ... I found all 3 of these for sale .. now I know you guys don't care really about Korean stuff but say they were really cool figures you wanted what is most you'd pay? The below figures are in the works of art category same guy who made my Goldwing AND hhe is the guy who makes the Hot Toys Iron Men... Well the prices are thus... Super TaeKwan V 1250$ new in box... Thunder A the gundam looking guy 1250$ mint out of box , BUT my now dream figure New Machine Wooroemae the bird chest guy... are you waiting.... mint out of box 4000$. I'm thinking of maybe just getting the TaeKwan in box... but am I losing touch at these prices? They were about 6 to 800 when released I believe.

To be honest, the most that I would spend on a "Holy Grail" toy would be $1250. Which to this day, I haven't spent yet. I was very close last year in getting a mint in box Godaiking Tetsujin 28 DX, but I didn't. Someone outbid me and when the price went north $1500, I moved on.
The way I see it, this hobby is part of my live. Not my live. There are more important live related issues than a plastic/metal toy.
Also, I would be weary of these Korean resellers if I were you. Korean toys, including knock offs, are kind of hard to come by. And you add Korea's semi-isolation, will make westerners the perfect target for unscrupulous scalpers.
My recommendation will be to shop around. Ask someone who went there, specially military people who were assigned to our military bases there, about prices and availability. Heck, for the total amount for those three robots, you can by an airplane ticket and fly there. And it will be cheaper than paying those scalper prices.

And for the record, I do appreciate Korea's version of Danguard Ace, Diaclone's Big Powered, and Xabungle.

I don't think I can give you an unbiased answer, since I just hate thieves, and these are totally stolen designs. However, for those prices you can commission someone to make you a figure way bettertgan those. I don't know any artist or professional customizes personally, but I know tgey are out there. And I'm sure they wouldn't mind an extra grand here and there. I suggest starting with the Italian sites, since they are pretty awesome. 😊👍

It depends. If I was in good financial standing(Good stable job, large emergency fund, saving plenty for retirement, no consumer debt, etc.), and if the figure is decades old yet mint, very rare, and it's something I really really want, I might pay $3,000 USD for it. If it's that rare and highly desirable collectible item, I can always resale it later; if not for a nice profit, then just to recover even 75% of what I paid for it.
