Anime Export - my rating is fair

Hi all,

I also look at Anime Export's side almost daily as well. What I like about that site are:

1. Many SOC for sale, even out of production
2. Anine Export exclusives - like the Mazinger Z enemy robots

What concerns me are the following:

1. no reply to my emails on an inquiry on my order. I just get an email when the item is ready to be shipped
2. when pre-ordering a figure, it has to be paid right ASAP even if the item will be released months away (I personally prefer to pay for an item once it is in-stock & ready to ship)

Just my .02 cents.....

I used to place 99.999% of my orders with Amiami, but I have since stopped doing so. Amiami has great prices, but their shipping can be downright ridiculous. I switched to Anine-Export as my #1 source, and so far it's been great. I did have a couple of issues with A-E in the past, but for me that has changed for the better. As a matter of fact, A-E has been outstanding when it comes to get me replacements for defective, broken, or missing items. Amiami would just say they were sorry, and in my case, not even offer me a discount or partial credit. Same with HLJ.

So, for me, Anime-Export is Ichi Ban!
