Ok here ya go..brought my review over from RJ
New Gaiking on left SOC classic on Right..
I get the feeling of a VERY UPSCALE Revoltech.Figure VERY LIGHT,I first think all plastic,fingres say so,BUt lip say different!My lip get cold to touch haha.But has much diecast!Lower legs,back ankles,TOP of feet,not bottom,back pack for wings,headcrest all diecast,Forearms,piec upper arm,shoulderparts,upperwaist,pelvis.Maybe other parts,but that what sticks out.
It looks great and poses well.As for my very first out of the box feel? Fell apart in my hand.But I soon realize it is combiner of 3 parts like classic Gaiking.I put parts back together and they are ok now,they just were not pushed tight in box.
Ok one things issue, FIST are very hard to push on pegs.Bend elbow for support PUSH HARD til it clicks.
I like the look of this toy,menacing.BUT very small and petit feel.Skinny limbs,almost female look,but graceful.
Comes with 8 hands(4 sets),2 Swords,Shield,AND LEG guards can be removed for WEAPONS!like classic!! I guess Daiku Maryu coming soon too?
I give this toy 7 out of 10,mostly for nice design,price hinders stronger score,as well as its a bit fiddly,harkening back to Dino Getters.By the way box has plastic coffin,not styro and slip over type 1/6 figure outer box.
Be careful when posing,keep in mind parts do separate.
