Finished the Left Hand after making several changes, improving the previous version. Aesthetically, both hands are pretty much the same, however, the mechanical aspects are way better on the new version. The first version, the white hand, was printed in a filament printer, while the second version, the grey hand, was printed in a resin printer. I'm super excited as this project is near its completion!

Hand version 4.0... I think this will be the final version, but will not be made available to the public as it is way too difficult and time consuming to make.

This is definitile the final version of the custom articulated hand for my Hachette Mazinger Z!



Like Juzo Kabuto told Koji when he handed him the paperwork for Mazinger Z, "it is perfect. There's nothing to fix or adjust".

This one is printed in an FDM printer with filament, but it looks a lot nicer when all the armor parts are printed in a resin printer.

19JUN2024:

Took the Hachette Mazinger Z out of the display cabinet to make a virtual remote control using a Broadlink IR/RF module and my smartphone. Afterwards, made some action poses to use as the virtual remote buttons.
