Today is the 27th of July 2022, and I'm almost done clearing the Ikea display cabinets and boxing the remaining figures to take to storage. I got a 10 feet by 30 feet by 9 feet storage unit, and half of it is already filled with most of my collection. It has taken me at least a month and a half to box almost every figure/toy/statue I own. 🤪
Now I am considering just getting rid of everything that is not absolutely the most modern rendition of the characters I collect. I'm not really a vintage fan, and a lot of my stuff is well over 20 years old (Soul of Chogokin line started in 1997). I'm just too old (and blind) to truly enjoy dealing with the insanely huge collection I have. By the way, these pictures are just some of the stuff I have not taken to the storage unit yet. So yeah, I think it is time to let others enjoy the fruits of my collecting years. 🥲
